
Book Me and Shop Me Policies
The Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy: Your Booking Fee is non-refundable. You will be allowed ONLY ONE transferable booking deposit as long as you have canceled with at least a 48 hour notice time of your appointment and you reschedule at that time for a new date within 30 days.
Sickness Policy: Please be advised that temperatures will be checked. If you have a fever I will have to refund your booking fee and ask you to reschedule at a later date. If you are not feeling well please contact me as soon as possible in order to reschedule. Refer to The Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy for protocol.
The Client Lash Hygiene Policy: It is imperative that you show up with fresh clean lashes. Please do not have any makeup on.
The Early/Late Policy: Please arrive right on time. Arriving early will conflict with other clients or personal matters and arriving late will not allow for the best possible experience.
I ask that you be mindful of your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to be on time there will be a $25 fee after 15mins. Anything later than 15 minutes will result in cancellation of your appointment and a half-price service charge plus a late fee.
The No Audience Policy: Please be aware that due to liability matters and the size of my lash room there are no guests allowed unless prearranged emergencies are approved.
The Infilling Other Technicians Work Policy: Please be advised due to liability matters I will not be able to assist you. I would have to remove the prior technicians work and a full set will have to be applied
ALL squeeze/after-hour/emergency appointments are considered VIP appointment. ALL VIP appointments will require a NONREFUNDABLE/ TRANSFERABLE deposit ranging from $75-$150. This is a booking fee, it DOES NOT go towards your service.
All sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS. If you have an issue with please reach out to me within 24 hours so that arrangements can be to address your concern.
